HSC-5 Nightdippers Mishap Support
On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, CDR Gabriel "Leeroy" Edwards made the ultimate sacrifice after his MH-60S Seahawk went down in the Arabian Sea. CDR Edwards was the Commanding Officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 5 from Naval Air Station Norfolk, Virginia.
The family affected by this mishap has given The Wingman Foundation their support in launching this fundraiser to help with current and future expenses.
